PRoduct marketing & distribution

Led team to develop product lifecycle planning for the catalog film and content library across the Disney portfolio which included Lucasfilm, Marvel, Pixar, Live Action, and ABC TV. Managed product development for physical releases and digital content updates.

  • Retail marketing programs timed to major theatrical releases like Finding Dory (‘17), Avengers: Infinity War (‘18), and Incredibles 2 (‘18).

financial compliance

Partnered with sales and finance executives to assess business risks and develop compliance strategies for vendor, distributor, and licensing third-party agreements. Led oversight of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the company, including financial reporting activities and creating policies and procedures for domestic home office and international territories.

  • Managed audits of high risk partners from initial scope through financial recovery or settlement

  • Consulted on IT system implementations and upgrades and performed compliance assessments

  • Served as a board member for Women of Warner, a business resource group offering career and personal development resources to women at the studio

IT ADVISORY

Led small team to execute financial statement and Sarbanes-Oxley audits, overseeing scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Recognized as a project management expert and led oversight of Project Management Office (PMO) for large client engagements (> $1MM) to ensure engagements were executed on time, on budget, and within scope.

  • Designed, implemented, and monitored KPIs

  • Developed financial metrics to monitor budget and project health

  • Consulted with clients to assess their own PMOs and identify opportunities to improve
