WHAT WE BELIEVE

The values that were the foundation for my leadership style in corporate America
are embedded in the heart of Hype & Harvest.

Be authentic and
take up your space.

Bring your whole self into the room. When you show up and speak up, we all win.

To dream is free.
Hustle sold separately.

Dream big, then put in the work to make it happen.

Teamwork makes the
dream work.

Build strong teams, be accountable, and share the spotlight to ensure the group's overall success.

Collaboration is queen.

Bring people along with you. If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.

Outcomes over output.

Checking things off a list is good; producing and creating results that benefit customers is better.

Work hard and play harder.

It's overused and cheesy but still true - make a life that is fueled from making a living.
